The host was very communicative and helpful. Even arranged a taxi for the early morning for us.
Nice comfy clean spacious room. Common area with snacks.
A nice quiet park right outside.
For our last night we walked and found a restaurant with outdoor seating right next to the colosseum. Then grabbed some gelato and walked around the park before passing out in our room.
I think there are 3 rooms that are bookable so this could be a great place for a family or group of friends to stay. In a quiet part of town but walkable to all the attractions.

The breakfast was exceptional, prepared with so much care, and you can tell he genuinely wants every guest to have an unforgettable experience. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make my stay as wonderful as the city itself.
