From our first email and throughout our stay, Ale was incredibly helpful and informative, patiently answering all of my questions. He also arranged our airport pickup and drop-off; our driver, Nelle, was early and even sent WhatsApp messages with clear directions on where to meet after we cleared customs.
On the day of our arrival, communication was seamlessly handed over to Giulia. She reached out with driver details before our flight and continued the excellent service we had already experienced. When we arrived, she greeted us, showed us to our rooms, and took the time to walk us through a map of Rome, highlighting attractions we might enjoy. She remained responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to answer any questions.
Breakfast was included and featured a delicious continental spread with fresh fruit, coffee, and juices. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
We would absolutely recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Rome.

The location is a huge plus — just a 7 minute walk to the Vatican, which was perfect for our 7:15am tour. The neighborhood feels safe, with tons of restaurants and shops nearby, and it's easy to reach the metro or grab an Uber from here. Definitely 5 stars on location.
When we checked out, we accidentally left 3 pieces of clothing behind. Daniel texted us immediately, and we were able to arrange a to pick up at a later time. They truly care about their guests. Would highly recommend staying here!
