Monica was so friendly and helpful.
The location is excellent a one minute walk across the road from where the airport bus dropped us at termini station.
We had a lovely welcome plate on arrival in our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was water provided in a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Fresh fruit was available every day in the reception area.
The delicious breakfast is a pre ordered and delivered to your door at whatever time you request it. We were leaving early on our departure date and Monica kindly provided us with a breakfast pack( croissant, fruit and fruit juice) at no extra cost.
Good location near the main attractions and metro was very good. I would definitely recommend it and I would love to return.
About the location, I'd give it 3 stars. On the good side, it's really convenient, especially if you're traveling by train and want to be close to the city's transport hub. Plus, it's near the central market, which has a great food court with lots of options. But on the other hand, this part of the city isn't as charming as other areas in Rome. You might see some homeless people around quite often. It's not a big problem for most people, but we would have preferred to stay in a more picturesque neighborhood.
Overall, Monica's incredible hospitality makes this B&B stand out. While the location has its ups and downs, Monica's warmth and dedication make staying here a good experience. If you're okay with the area not being the most scenic and want to experience truly caring service, we'd recommend giving this place a try!
The room was extremely clean and tidy with great perfume in the air. The bed was super comfy, the linen soft.
Monica left us cold water in the fridge as well as two bottles of juice. The amenities in the bathroom were also impressive, even the hand soap was high-quality.
The breakfast is served in your room. Monica gave us a list with all the options we had and everything was fresh, truly delicious.
When it comes to service, I’m speechless. Monica is so sweet that you feel like becoming friends with her. She makes you feel at ease instantly, she has a lovely energy. She speaks English and Italian very very well.
