Wonderful, owner run B&B in a shady and green up market residential area. Lots of nice small restaurants and bars in the area (great recommendations from host Gian Luca). Very close to the Vatican and easy access to a Metro station to hop into the city center. We stayed 4 days and would certainly return.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable, a full breakfast is served on the roof top terrace - what a find for our stay in Rome

The location is ideal, the host provided exceptional service, and our accommodations were impeccable. We could not have asked for a more suitable experience given our proximity to the Vatican. We are thoroughly enjoying our stay.

A very nice hotel with a wonderful host. We stayed with Gianluca for five days with our family and had two rooms. The location is ideal for exploring the city: the metro is right outside the door, it's a 10-minute walk to the Vatican and 30 minutes to the city center. Breakfast on the roof is a great way to start the day, and Gianluca is happy to help with any problems and has great tips for city tours, sights, and restaurant recommendations (Giacomelli is a must!). The neighborhood is also very nice. Despite its proximity to the city, it is much quieter and less touristy. We all enjoyed it very much.

Spent a magical two weeks at this delightful B&B in the heart of Rome. Exceptional location and a staff dedicated to adding the personal touches. We could never thank Gianlucca enough for this up close look at Vatican City and Rome. Thanks to Gianlucca we experienced a Rome few tourists encounter. Every day we walked through the great doors of the building and directly into the Rome where people live and work. Thank you!

Gianluca was an excellent host who went out of his way to help us find everything we needed in Rome. The location is convenient and very walkable, close to both a metro line and Vatican City. The room was very comfortable and charming, as well as the breakfast space on the terrace.
