Just as it would be good etiquette, in the relationship between business owner and customer, to at least admit the mistake or show a modicum of displeasure when served avocado toast covered in practically runny and raw egg stracciatella.
It's a shame, because more attention to quality and a more respectful attitude toward customers would be enough to avoid reviews like this.
