I ordered round pizzas at home, two Margheritas (one with prosciutto and the other with stracciatella). The first had a slice of prosciutto torn into pieces, with a plasticky, completely tasteless consistency. Inedible!!! The second, however, was a red pizza with stracciatella thrown on top, cold. The quantity and quality of the ingredients were extremely poor.
The supplì were full of pepper and nonexistent mozzarella.
I also asked to pay by credit card, but the delivery driver showed up without a card, and I had to rush to withdraw money. €17 wasted!!!

We ordered two pizzas and fried food for pickup. We picked them up and paid. My biggest mistake was not looking at the pizzas from the start. Both had black edges. Not just toasted, but completely burned, and my Capricciosa looked like a child's applique. To better visualize it, it looked like this: burned edges, tomato sauce, cheese, half a hard-boiled egg in the center, two uncut olives, 1/4 of a whole artichoke, and a whole slice of prosciutto. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Half of what was sold to me as "pizza" ended up in the garbage. Even the fried food tasted strange, as if it had been fried twice and had found its peace along with the "Capricciosa." Will I buy pizza there again? No, because I don't want to waste €19. Will I recommend this pizzeria to my enemies? No, because not even they deserve such abuse.

I'm sorry, but I have to give a negative review, even though I can say the pizza is very good. We ordered pizzas last night. It was Saturday, and every pizzeria delivers a mountain of pizzas on Saturdays. So a delay is not only understandable, but almost obligatory. What shocks me is the mockery. The pizzas were supposed to arrive at 8:45 PM. I had already assumed they'd arrive later. However, after half an hour, which seemed like a significant delay, I called and the pizzas hadn't even been put in the oven! They apologized, saying they'd make them right away and would arrive in about ten minutes. Obviously, they didn't arrive within the next ten minutes, or even the next twenty. At around 9:40 PM, I called back and they told me the guy had already left so he'd be there in two minutes. I also told them not to make fun of me because I didn't believe them. In short, the pizzas arrived just before 10 PM and they were frozen! And when the guy arrived, he even asked me to come down to pick them up because he still had so many deliveries to make! I didn't come down. Bottom line: Everything has a limit, and I felt truly cheated. A terrible feeling. I didn't like the pizza anymore, and there's no justification for such behavior. It was handled terribly, and I expected at least a discount for the truly excruciating wait! I'm sorry, but they'll never see me again. This is the consequence!
