The staff that works in the hotel is the friendliest we have ever met! They try to make sure all their guests have the best experience and go above and beyond to make the stay be as comfortable as possible.
They are always easy to reach, quickly to respond when they are not at the main desk, and are happy to schedule things and help you with anything needed.
Location is amazing, walkable to every attraction and close to many restaurants.
Some of our rooms were a little small, but we would spend most of the day out anyway, so it was not a big issue for us. They had everything we needed, were clean, and the staff always left a couple of gifts for us after cleaning.
We would love to stay here again!

When we arrived it was late at night, so we were tired and didn't truly appreciate this little accommodation.
During check in time, both entry doors are open, so looks more inviting.
The reception staff are extremely helpful and continually asking if we need anything or require any tourist information.
Every enquiry was met with a full explanation and different options to resolve our enquiry depending on our time, budget or fitness.
The shower is a little tight, but the water pressure was good and they are generous with towels and wash products.
The bed and air con w were really good too.
Cafe set up in reception is very impressive. Just need a nice little couch so guests can chat over a coffee and delicious biscuits.
In the fridge are very delicious mini juices.
The aircon works great and plenty of space for luggage.
In the light of day and after a good sleep, we could see it was in a great location close to buses, metro and walking distance to many attractions, and of course shopping!
It is a small boutique hotel, but has 5 star service!

It’s a great and comfortable base for a lady solo traveler like me to explore Rome. Customer service was helpful and friendly. The hotel location is near Barberini train station and it’s located on a quiet lane. There isn’t a signboard or anything but it’s pretty easy to locate.

The mini room is small but sufficient, the shower cubicle is quite small even for me so probably not suitable for big sized dudes. Everything was good. Guests can help themselves to nespresso coffee at the reception area.

Superb! - This place was fantastic. Honestly, the best customer service I have ever received in Italy. Not only is the hotel clean, quiet, and homie feeling, the people who work there are EXCELLENT.
I had a few hiccups in my travel plans and they were accommodating after hours, on call/ desiring for me to make it in safe/ have everything I needed.
I used to live in Rome, speak Italian, and have traveled all over in Italy, and have never received personal style customer service like this. They seemed to actually care about my expereince 😅 (not a given in Italy, to be honest)
The quality of rooms, location, and cleanliness is a prerequisite, but what makes this place special/ note-worthy in my opinion was the customer service.
Would highly recommend.

The hotel is very central with easy access to the metro. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly - fantastic communication and they go the extra mile to provide info about the surrounding area and to check to make sure all is well. The room was comfortable - only issue may be that the shower is small so might be challenging for larger people. The water pressure was fine and the room/bathroom were very clean. Bonus is the “help yourself” bar with coffee, small snacks and juices available. Overall, an excellent place that I’d definitely recommend to friends.
