The service was genuinely excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Nicholas in particular went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and Chiara, the hotel manager, was so kind and gave me loads of great recommendations for places to visit across Italy.
They also reserved a beautiful restaurant for my first night, which ended up being one of the best meals I had in Rome. Before I left, they reminded me about my airport transfer and booked my taxi well in advance, which made everything completely stress-free.
The location is perfect for exploring Rome, the interiors are beautiful, the breakfast was great, and I really enjoyed using the gym too.
The only slight issue was the Wi-Fi which unfortunately wasn’t working in the morning but the team did everything they could to sort it and even offered me a laptop, which I really appreciated.
Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for a long time. I’ll definitely be back!
