Almost a year later I had to return for a technical issue that was most baffling to me. Once again, their customer oriented hospitality, complete with a graciously offered coffee, was a welcome change from most technical service visits. While the first trip to them was handled well, the glitch returned. A follow up phone call, from them, opened up a new avenue of possible resolution and a second visit has solved it! My strong recommendation remains intact!
