Absolutely approved!
The gluten-free sandwiches are, without a doubt, among the best we've ever tasted: well-balanced, rich in flavor, and made with excellent-quality bread, truly comparable to traditional bread. All sandwiches can be made gluten-free.
My only complaint is about the fries; I think the quality could be improved.
We'll definitely be back!
The restaurant is newly opened, small but lively, and offers a variety of seating and takeout options. The staff is helpful and friendly. The menu is accessible from two kiosks and accepts automatic payment in cash or by card. The menu is varied, and includes a single sandwich or a sandwich + fries (various) + drink (various), with the option of adding sauces and condiments, as well as fried foods. There are also some sweet options. All sandwiches are also available gluten-free.
The quality of the sandwiches is excellent and satisfying. It should be noted, as the restaurant itself states, that the fries and bacon are frozen. The price is a bit above average, but it's worth it for the excellent food quality and the location (a strategic point in the Nuovo Salario neighborhood).
