We ordered the classic burgers and shared one 'signature' steak. We also ordered some chips and a red wine.
The steak had a very flat taste, even after adding some salt. Quite disappointing, as the appearance was wow.
On the other hand, the burger was terrific - built smartly with a super soft and buttery bun, great ground beef, with a proper Maillard, the bacon added this beautiful smoky flavor, and the green tomato added the acidity.
Salt + Fat + Acid = great burger.
Chips and wine were good, and the service was really nice.
Highly recommend for the burger!
