The service was personal and professional, the cocktails were right what we needed, and for my daughter a Mojito mococktail was cute and make her feel so special. I had a refreshing Mango salad. The bartender knows his craft and delivered exceptional drinks. Don't be fooled by "the grass is greener across the street." You will have no wait to receive excelent 5-star treatment and an exquisite meal stylishly prepared and plated.
Honestamente, recomiendo este restaurante para disfrutar con gusto la comida y hospitalidad local.

We sat there for an hour and a half without even receiving bread, and we practically had to beg to get our drinks. We received no food whatsoever, only excuse after excuse. Meanwhile, a table that sat down 45 minutes after us had already received their bread, drinks, and first course while we were still sitting there completely empty handed.
The level of incompetence and indifference was honestly disgusting.
And the guy with the ponytail was particularly infuriating. While guests were sitting there waiting with nothing on their tables, he was casually taking smoke breaks. Absolutely unbelievable. To make matters worse, he actually had the nerve to come over and ask us for our menus back so he could give them to other guests. The arrogance of that was almost comical.
We were also sitting there with a 2 year old baby. We repeatedly asked for food for the bambina because, obviously, a tiny baby cannot sit around waiting indefinitely while a restaurant staff takes its sweet time. Still, nothing.
There was no urgency. No accountability. No genuine apology. Just excuses and an astonishing level of disregard for paying customers.
Whoever owns this place needs to seriously reconsider who they have working there. If this is the standard of service they are willing to provide, they should be embarrassed to have their name associated with it.
Absolutely appalling. Completely unacceptable. One of the most disrespectful dining experiences I have ever had. I would give zero stars if that were an option.
