As a pistachio lover, I must admit this place exceeded my expectations. The lasagna and carbonara were delicious. Exquisite flavor with a homemade touch and plenty of creativity. I will definitely return every time I'm in town.

Excellent pistachio desserts, highly recommended! The pistachio cheesecake was amazing, just like the crepe. The pancakes are pre-prepared fresh and simply reheated so the pistachio melts perfectly.

The best dessert I had in Rome. The cake was absolutely delicious, and the coffee was excellent. The lady working there was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pistachio flavor truly tasted like real pistachio—not just a faint hint, but rich and authentic.

Absolutely amazing experience! The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive—you truly feel valued from the moment you walk in.
The atmosphere is warm and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy your time. The pistachio coffee is simply outstanding, and the pistachio desserts and pastries are on another level—fresh, rich, and full of flavor. Without a doubt, some of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommended! Fantastisch 🥰

As a big pistachio fan, I was very excited to finally visit this café. I’d seen tons of videos about it on their social media and had been looking forward to having breakfast here for quite some time.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered two pastries and two regular cappuccinos, dined in, and paid €14.
What I didn’t like:
- The pastries (especially the pistachio cube) didn’t taste fresh at all. It genuinely felt like it had been sitting on the shelf for several days. The pastry was so dry that it was difficult to chew.
- The pistachio cube was heated before serving (I assume in a microwave). Maybe that’s common here in Rome, but I’ve never had a laminated pastry served that way. It may have been done to soften the pastry, but it was overheated to the point where the filling was like lava, and I burned my mouth.
- There were no prices displayed anywhere in the cafe, not on the pastries or the menu. To make matters worse, the receipt only showed the total amount, without listing the prices of individual items. As a customer, I’d like to know what I’m paying for. Without any visible pricing, it’s impossible to verify the bill, which doesn’t inspire much confidence. Could I be charged more as a tourist compared to the locals? Easily.

What I did like:
- The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and efficient. They smiled, provided quick service, and made us feel welcome.
- The pistachio filling itself was excellent: rich, creamy, and packed with real pistachio flavor.
- The cappuccino was also very good.
Overall, I wouldn’t return. Serving pastries that don’t seem fresh is something I find difficult to overlook, as it gives the impression that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve the experience for future visitors.
