Welcome!!!
When we saw this chalk board sign and available outside seating with a misting fan aiming our way, we knew we were in the right place. Puntarelle! Never saw this on a menu before. Fave! And all these super roman dishes. Since we are already nonna trained Roman lasagna experts, we tried the white version with artichokes, and went for the fave pappardelle because of this mediterranean bean close to our hearts. And bob went for the visciole (sour cherries) and we had a nice bottle of white wine with the meal. Everything delicious and excellent quality of preparation and presentation. The Romanian manager and the waiter were very simpatico as the icing on the cake so to speak. The fan did the trick to beat the heat. Surprisingly good Roman cuisine in the heart of a tourist gathering spot. Go for it.
