I visited this restaurant using The Fork’s 50% discount (food only).

Food: At full price, I’d rate the food 1/5, but with the 50% discount it becomes a 4/5 experience.

The dishes themselves weren’t particularly special, but the discounted price makes it worth visiting. Without the discount, I wouldn’t recommend paying full price.

Drinks: The drinks felt overpriced. I expected higher prices since the discount doesn’t apply to beverages, but even considering that, they were still too expensive for what they offered.

Service: 1/5
The server was friendly at first, but it became clear that he lacked product knowledge and professionalism. I wanted to order Grignolino d’Asti from Dogliotti. Since it was listed under the white wine section, I double-checked whether it was red or white because, to my knowledge, Grignolino is red. He confidently told me it was a white wine.

I assumed I might be mistaken, so I ordered it anyway. He then went to the wine cellar, couldn’t find it for a while, and eventually brought out a sparkling wine (I believe it was Dogliotti Alta Langa DOCG") insisting that it was Grignolino d’Asti. When I mentioned that it didn’t seem correct, he insisted again—saying, “I work here, I know my wine”—and got visibly annoyed.

It felt like he didn’t want to double-check simply because I didn’t look like someone who knew about wine (I’m not Italian). I understand he was the only server and quite busy, but a bit more knowledge and willingness to listen to customers would make a big difference.

Overall
If you’re only ordering food with The Fork’s 50% discount, it’s a decent and convenient place to eat near the station. But if you want to enjoy your meal with the right wine or drinks, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The food was very good, both the eggplant and the octopus were remarkable. The service was amazing, the waiter spent tons of time helping convince our picky kid to eat his fettuccine alfredo, and even went to get ice cream for him for dessert. My only regret is that they didn't let me tip enough. It will be a memorable experience for our family for life!!!

We had a wonderful dinner at this Italian restaurant! The dishes were beautifully presented and full of authentic flavor. The carbonara was rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned, with crispy pancetta adding the right touch. The grilled octopus was tender and smoky, served on a velvety puree with fesh zucchini — an elegant combination. The bread and olive oil starter was simple yet delicious. The atmosphere was warm and stylish, and the service was friendly and attentive. Every detail showed care and passion for great food. Highly recommended for anyone who loves genuine Italian cuisine with a refined modern twist.

I really loved this place. Food was super good but on top of that the guy who served me was the reason for my good experience. He was cool, nice and attentive.

I got Lasagna for lunch and it was so tasty. The olive oil was also good.

I went there with The Fork 50% off and it ended up really cheap.

Enotico Bistrot Italiano is a lovely restaurant. Our hotel has an agreement with them for breakfast service. The venue offers a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff provided good service. The breakfast was tasty and included all the essentials of a classic breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would gladly recommend it !!!
