i went here for a first date and it was one of the best experiences i’ve ever had. the food was amazing and reminded me a lot of home. the staffs were very welcoming and helpful. we ordered the udon, gyoza, and takoyaki—all of it was so delicious. i went here again with the same guy from that first date for a valentines day dinner, safe to say this restaurant has become our favorite!

We had an incredible experience here! The decor is beautiful and gives a nice, chill vibe. Our server was super friendly and helped us navigate the huge menu, which has a great variety of options. The tuna sashimi was a highlight, and we loved the wasabi sushi and tempura prawns. The staff are attentive, and the service was top-notch. We will definitely be back!" 10/10

If you want to try Japanese food rather than sushi, Tanuki is a must try!
The interior and decoration is authentically Japanese. The owner is also Japanese.
The food is very nice. I highly recommend trying the skewers and teriyaki. However, the noodles with meet tomatoe sauce does not live up to the expectation.
Love the sweet grape sake for dessert!
Would definitely come back.

AMAZING! Delicious food and great service! Loved it! Forgot I was in Italy and thought I was in Japan! We order a lot of appetizers, beer and main dishes. All was excelent and affordable. The gyozas were addictive and the wrappers were thin (not like other commercial places).
The chicken curry was really good, too.
