I came with no reservation and they found a space for me, although restaurant was busy. Food is very good! I had tuna tartar and sea bass in potato and artichoke. both were excellent! Service is very good and friendly. Free WiFi. Thank you guys 🙌

A genuinely brilliant find in a part of Rome that really ought to be a tourist trap. Sistina 52 sits a short stroll from the Spanish Steps, yet the clientele is almost entirely Roman, always the surest sign that a kitchen is doing something right.
The food is resolutely traditional in soul, but the chef brings a confident personal touch that lifts every dish. The pasta is simply outstanding, the beef tartare assured, and the salads far from an afterthought. The interior is smart and contemporary without being cold.
Crucially, Sistina 52 does not observe the afternoon closure that renders half of Rome unavailable between 3 and 7 PM, making it invaluable for a late lunch. Staff are warm and attentive. Highly recommended.

This was our last meal in Rome and it was so lovely!
As soon as we arrived the staff were really welcoming (Ann & Pauline - hopefully I’ve spelt correctly) they were lovely throughout our visit.
The bread and oil to start was really nice then we opted for carbonara and amatricana- both were delicious and arrived promptly!
Definitely recommend a visit here - not too far from Spanish steps area.
Thank you for a lovely meal :)

Food was amazing and the service was great. Highly recommended. Nice bar and wine menu. Ham with buratini, ravioli, bucatini with fried zucchini, octopus with hummus, and a great desert that was recommended by the chef. Absolutely would go back next time we are in Rome.

We had a nice dinner there. The place has a modern design and an interesting menu with good wine list. The food was good, but was lacking some extra kick. We got bread with olive oil and balsamic, and the burrata was fresh and went well with the dried tomatoes and olives. We had the Ragu lasagna, which was rich and tasty. The sea bass was well cooked, but it was a very small dish with no sides, and for that price, you'd expect to get some. The ravioli with spinach was nice. The truffle spaghetti had a rich sauce and a generous portion of truffles. We got some on the house profiteroles and had a delicious lava cake.
