The food is genuinely exceptional. Over the two nights I worked my way through the pannacotta vegetale al cocco with pineapple gel and almond crumble, gnocco, bruschettone, and an amatriciana that was easily the best I had in Rome. Simple dishes done with real care.
The atmosphere struck exactly the right balance, lively enough to feel like you are in the right place, calm enough to actually enjoy your meal and the people you are with.
A particular thank you to Giuseppe, the waiter both nights, whose warmth and attentiveness made the whole experience feel genuinely personal rather than transactional.
If you are visiting Rome, do not leave without eating here
