Cantina style, you have a selection of dishes to choose from, usually meat or fish paired up with a vegetable dish. They also have some pasta dishes like lasagne.
Very good value at around €5-7 Euro’s.
Bread on the side is complimentary too.
Staff were accommodating and spoke English which I was grateful for with my limited Italian.
Perfect little stop off if you are getting of at Trastevere station from the airport or/and staying locally in Monteverde.
