Normally, I spend time reading reviews before choosing a restaurant, but I didn’t have time this visit. Looking at the presentation alone, I thought, “What could go wrong?” Well—wow, wow, wow! From the first bite, I knew I had found something special.
The flavors were fresh, perfectly balanced, and made with obvious care and skill. Every ingredient shined, and the quality was outstanding. Bless the chef and the entire team—there is nothing but talent in that kitchen.
