We were very pleased with our overall experience here thanks to mimmo. The pasta was freshly made, which you could see being prepared through the window, adding a really authentic touch.

I chose the Amatriciana, served with a side of homemade potato chips. The Amatriciana was a classic Roman pasta dish made with guanciale (cured pork cheek), tomatoes, pecorino cheese, and a hint of chilli, creating a rich, savoury, and slightly spicy sauce.

For dessert, I had the chocolate and almond cake. It was a rich dark chocolate cake made with ground almonds, giving it a moist texture and a subtle nutty flavour.

Overall, the experience was amazing. The only downside was that the drink service was a bit slower than expected, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Italian food and a great atmosphere.

My family and I were on our first trip to Rome and we stayed in Trastevere. Right around from our apartment we found Come ‘Na Vorta the morning we arrived and popped in for breakfast. It was fabulous! The pistachio croissant and cappuccino were yummy! The staff were friendly and spoke English very well. After that, we came in everyday for breakfast or lunch and one day we came in for both. By the end of our time in Rome, we felt like family, seeing our favorite ladies, Patrizia and Maysa… and we couldn’t forget the owner who hugged us as we came it. Great food! Great service! And wonderful staff! Highly recommend if you are in this area!

The lovely lady at the window making pasta stopped us in our tracks. It’s so refreshing to share that it wasn’t a tourist trap- just a restaurant showcasing their freshly made delicious pasta! Fabio gave amazing food and wine recommendations! Jenny and Mimmo were so sweet as well. Everyone here was so kind, inviting, and very attentive. We ordered meatballs, lasagna, and amatriciana- it’s was divine!! I highly recommend this gem ✨

Discovered an amazing spot in Trastevere. Great food, gluten free options, great drinks and welcoming, friendly staff. We loved our server, Marica. She helped us order safe dishes for my celiac and made my family feel very welcomed. Everyone loved our dinner experience. Will come back and recommend to others.
