The risotto was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, but the real star was the tagliolini con calamaretti e lamelle di bottarga di muggine di Cabras. The fritto was light and crisp, not greasy at all, and both desserts, the cheesecake and tiramisù, were a pleasant surprise.
Very very happy and satisfied. Will definitely be back.
i had the privilege of seeing their kitchen and honestly it’s the cleanest kitchen i’ve ever seen in my life. i hope they can maintain all of this and whenever i’m back in Rome, i will definitely come and visit this restaurant again.
p.s. the owner is very kind and the sweetest Italian person i met on this whole trip. see you another time✨
