Ordered the burrata heirloom tomato salad and the pumpkin risotto.

The burrata salad was good overall and honestly the main reason I came. The flavors were delicious, but the burrata itself seemed a bit too cold when served, or old? The inside wasn’t semi creamy like typical burrata and was more firm - closer to a thick ricotta in texture. That said, the dish was still enjoyable and well composed.

For my second course, I had the pumpkin risotto, which I believe is seasonal. Unfortunately, this dish didn’t really impress me. I didn’t end up eating much of it and wouldn’t personally recommend it compared to other options.

Overall, a mixed experience - great service - some highlights, but not everything lived up to expectations.

This restaurant gave me the finest experience of Italian cuisine during my trip to Italy. Every dish was outstanding, but what made the evening truly unforgettable was the warm hospitality of the staffs and the welcoming atmosphere. They made me feel genuinely at home and allowed me to enjoy one of the best dinners I had in Italy. My heartfelt compliments and sincere thanks to the entire team. Highly recommended!

We are incredibly lucky to come across this gem by pure chance and be served by some of the most professional and friendliest personnel over two spectacular meals. An exciting and compact menu, each of the dishes were beautifully conceived and executed: fresh, exciting, without ever losing balance.
Well-designed interior with impeccable visual (and acoustic) treatment which shows great attention to detail.

Our two meals were:
- Beef Tongue (thin and light)
- Burrata Tricolore (fresh and generous)
- Cacio e Pepe (unbelievable texture)
- Seafood Risotto (unbelievable flavor!)
- a spectacular Tiramisù 🤭

- Cod Filo (cripsy and delicate!)
- Seafood Risotto (again!)
- Beef Tenderloin (the beef is perfect. A bit strong with the vinegar)
- Roasted Octopus with olive mashed potatoes (simply wow.)

I can recommend every single dish mentioned above. Every dish is a highlight. Do NOT forget the Tiramisu. I know I won't :)

To Andrea and Sara, to the genius young chef alongside the others of the team: big congratulations & graziemille!

The best dining experience I had in Italy in my week there. spectacular food, kind service, reasonable prices and a beautiful ambiance-- complete with a sumptuous portrait of Bacco overlooking the diners, inviting them to enjoy a glass of wine and the food. The use of Bacco in this restaurant is very fitting and was a great way to bring my trip to completion. The first dish was a chef's offering- a small flirtatious invitation that foreshadowed the rest of the meal. Next was the seasonal zucchini soufflé- incredible I enjoyed every bite, soft fresh, great combination of flavors and textures. Next, the beef tar tar with quail egg- simply divine, melt in your mouth. the lightness of the meat was really grounded by the richness of the quail egg- next was the boiled meat -boiled sounded strange to me, but I'd happily boil my meat every time if that's how it tasted, again nice textures, the meat inside was soft with a nice outer fry and a great sauce on top- next the three tomato lasagna- an example of a simple dish executed with soul - last, was the tiramisu- since this was my last meal in Italy, I'd eaten about 5 or 6 tiramisu that week. This was by far the most innovative and well presented tiramisu. A nice touch was the server pouring a freshly brewed espresso over the chocolate dome tableside. It was a nice touch and everything in the desert tasted very fresh and flavorful. True to its namesake, this restaurant cares about the sensual experience of the diner, Bacco. Whether it was the presentation of the food, the ambiance of the restaurant or the care for detail, it amounted to one thing for me- Soul. You could tell great care and passion was put into the food. The service was wonderful as well, my server provided very helpful recommendations and was patient regarding questions I had about the menu.
