What a fantastic start to our Rome visit! We stumbled upon Rosemary Terra e Sapori on a charming side street, and it was a real find.
They offer a wonderful lunch menu. I started with a delicious octopus salad paired with a crisp glass of white wine. For the main course, we had the grilled White Grouper (Cernia Bianca). It was incredibly fresh—the staff even showed us a photo of the massive 16kg fish being delivered to the restaurant earlier that day! We finished off the meal with a classic espresso and a great Tiramisu.
We were extremely happy with both the service and the quality of the food and drinks. Highly recommended if you are looking for authentic flavors and a welcoming atmosphere!
