This place was the real deal. We each ordered a small pizza for lunch - hers with prosciutto and mushrooms and mine with salami. Each was prepared perfectly, with a not too crispy crust. Would recommend!

Quiet authentic hole in the wall with great food. The pinsa was flaky and crunchy with great flavor. Perfect place to rest your feet after waiting in line at the Vatican.

What a cute little place with a great food. Firstly, this is not a typical big restaurant with many tables. It's only a small shop with limited tables. So, during lunch time perhaps it'll be difficult to find a place. Secondly, the pinsa was just great. I didn't know that they're using rice and soy flour to create the dough. In my opinion, this makes the dough becomes really crispy and also easy to digest. Another point about the food is that the pinsa is only put in the oven when you order it. So, it's quite different than many pizza shop which have their food already baked and are (often) cold. Lastly, the guy was nice and our food come out quickly too. Very recommended!

This pinsa restaurant was recommended to us by the tour guide of our day trip. It is a typical fast food counter service. Inside the restaurant there is no table, just a few single seats and a couple of two person tables on the outside. We ordered 3 different pinsas and they were all delicious with crispy crust like they should. Service was a little slow and took more than a few minutes to get them baked while there was no order ahead of us.

•One of the best spots in Rome! They offer tons of toppings on a traditional Pinsa crust that is light, crispy, and cooked fresh on the spot!

•We tried their special Roman pinsa; every slice was fresh and used high-quality ingredients. It’s easily some of the best value food in the area!

•Right next to the Vatican—ideal for a quick, delicious bite before your tour. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming!
