We ordered the insalata mista, focaccia, Tonnarelli allo Scoglio, and the spinach ravioli. All the dishes were excellent and with reasonable portions! Our server Andrea (and the rest of the staff too!) were attentive to our needs and had good suggestions.

Wonderful, delicious cuisine. I recommend the chef’s dishes, dessert and the local wine. Very pleasant atmosphere. The service is wonderful: not pushy, discreet, attentive to the customer and their needs. Service charge is not included — it really makes you want to leave a tip. I came back three times in a row for lunch 😁🌸
I recommend it to everyone 🤗

We visited this restaurant with our whole family, including three kids, and had an absolutely delicious Italian pasta feast! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic.

The service was fantastic - the waiters even spoke to us in our language, which made us feel so welcome. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and great with the children.

We had such a wonderful time and enjoyed every single dish. Highly recommended 5/5!

Located just a few minutes from the Trevi Fountain, Mastrociccia offers a well-rounded Italian dining experience in a lively and charming setting. The menu is extensive, featuring a wide selection of traditional dishes.

We began with Aperol Spritz, which were perfectly prepared, accompanied by an excellent burrata — fresh and flavorful. For the main courses, the tonnarelli alla gricia and the tonnarelli allo scoglio were both outstanding, with the latter generously served with high-quality seafood.

What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service: attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming throughout the meal. Sitting outdoors added to the atmosphere, allowing us to enjoy the vibrant rhythm of Rome while dining.

To conclude, the tiramisu was remarkable — easily one of the best I have had.

Overall, Mastrociccia stands out for its quality food, excellent service, and prime location, making it a highly recommended choice when visiting Rome.

We stayed in the Trastevere area and they had many restaurant options to choose from. It was our last day so we didn’t really pick a restaurant in particular and walked past this one, I searched it up and it had an overall 4.7 star so I thought it would be decent. The vibes and atmosphere are nice, small restaurant, felt cozy, nice patio. Tables were the cheap kinds which was kind of sad but doable. The service was okay nothing too special, we ordered the ricotta and dried tomato bruschetta, small 1 piece 6 euros. Absolutely no flavor, disappointing. For mains we got carbonara and spinach ravioli. The presentation of the ravioli was not appealing at all, taste was also bland and flavorless which led to me not finishing it. They brought out bread which was stale and so incredibly hard. The carbonara was OK but again, nothing special. Overall would not recommend and would place under tourist trap. The only good part about the restaurant was that it sat across from Two Sizes Tiramisu which was amazing.
