The best and healthiest meal we had in all of Rome! Despite Rome being an endless sea of fresh pizza and pasta, our family wasn’t “wowed” by almost any classic local restaurants on our 12 day trip. To our surprise, the best food we had in Rome… was Indian! We were exhausted by the frustrating lack of vegetables and underwhelming flavors of the dishes we’d been having on our trip, until we came here! We tried several dishes and each was better than the last. Items we ordered were Chicken Tika Masala, Butter Shrimp, Mixed Veggie Curry, Tandoori Chicken, Butter Chicken, Plain Naan, Veggie Rice, and for dessert, Saffron Kheer, Banana Lassi, and Papaya Lassi. All were incredible, the favorites were the Tika Masala, and the Butter Chicken.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Akbar is very funny and kind! We really enjoyed our time here and may even be back again tomorrow night!

Be sure to stop in for the delicious food and wonderful service!

I am an absolute lover of Indian food. So much so, I have to have it in every city I visit. Gandhi did not disappoint. I'm always afraid of ordering Chicken Vindaloo but I am happy I did because it was delicious and just the perfect amount of spice. The Palak Paneer was very flavorful and so was the Naan. The Dal Makhani was ok... It was a little plain but with everything else being so good, I would still give them a 5🌟

Thank you so much, Azaan Bhai, for inviting me and my friends for dinner. The food is really amazing. After so many years, I finally ate truly amazing Indian food. The service is top-notch, the food is excellent, and the cleanliness is outstanding. The prices are also very affordable, and you don’t have to wait too long. Everyone is very welcoming, and especially the owner treated us like we had been friends for many years.

I highly recommend that if you are in Rome, you should visit this restaurant. You will love their food and hospitality. 🙏🙏🙏🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

Nice Indian restaurant in the heart of Rome. Flavorful dishes and fast service. The only demerit was that the chef used excessive oil to prepare the food items - so much that we had to request them to remove a crazy amount of oil floating over our dish (kadhai paneer). The interiors of this restaurant are very well done! Large selection of menu with reasonably priced items. Overall, good place to dine in with family and loved ones.

The restaurant gets quite busy. We had a reservation and were seated quickly.

We ordered the chicken vindaloo, chicken dopiaza, chicken biryani, baingan bharta and naan. The food was overall good, although we felt it could have had a bit more depth of flavor. The chicken vindaloo was our favorite. They offer really good atyar, which is nice.

The service was good and the staff were attentive throughout.
