We were very pleased with this restaurant, Achille Al Pantheon di Habana, which we happened to visit yesterday after our Pantheon tour. Finding such a cozy spot in the heart of Rome made us very happy.
Highlights:
• Superb Service: We have to give a special mention to Angelo; he was so polite and helpful that his hospitality was the main reason we loved the restaurant.
• Value for Money: Prices are quite reasonable given the location and the quality.
• No Surprises: Unlike many other places, they do not charge a "service fee" (coperto), which is a huge plus.
• Taste Note: The meat pasta was truly successful, and I highly recommend it. However, to be honest, the lasagna was not at the same level and fell a bit short of our expectations.
Conclusion: If you find yourself in the area, this is a spot you should definitely try, especially for a nice dinner. Be sure to say hi to Angelo for us!
A special thanks to Shuman, who speaks Korean very well and provided excellent service throughout our visit.

Carbonara with classy guanchale is a must-try. Cooked level of pasta noodle is amazing.
