Starting with the dishes: the quality was top notch. The raw fish was incredibly fresh, with unusual combinations, yet always perfectly balanced and spot-on. The first courses range from classics like carbonara and gricia to truly surprising off-menu options: the pappardelle with zucchini pesto, beef tartare, and fried zucchini on top were simply exceptional.
Beyond the food, the ambiance also deserves special mention: elegant yet warm and comfortable, it made you feel instantly at ease.
The service was impeccable: the staff was young, attentive, smiling, and highly trained. You could clearly feel the great teamwork and genuine care for the customer.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Francesco, the owner: a genuine, passionate, and determined person. It's clear how much effort and dedication he's putting into this project, which opened just four months ago, and this energy is reflected throughout the restaurant, from the staff to the kitchen.
A place that combines quality, passion, and attention to detail: we'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone.

The staff is simply impeccable—attentive, professional, and always smiling. From the moment you arrive until you leave, you feel truly pampered. Each dish is presented with skill and passion, explaining ingredients and pairings with a genuine warmth rarely found elsewhere.
The cuisine is a perfect balance between creativity and tradition. The flavors are harmonious, the ingredients are top-quality, and the plating is a small aesthetic masterpiece. Each course tells a story, and the chef and his team's love for fine food is clearly evident.
