A top-notch venue in the Tiburtina area, the staff's hospitality is second to none. The ingredients used in the dishes are top-quality, and the atmosphere is pleasant and refined.
Also recommended for those looking for an afternoon/evening aperitif.

A wonderful surprise! New, young, all-female management. "We visited Da Te Bistrot and were thrilled. The new female management is evident: the restaurant is meticulously maintained, the welcome is warm, and the customer service is outstanding. We started with a truly excellent aperitif, well-prepared and accompanied by quality appetizers. The menu offers traditional dishes (the Gricia and Amatriciana are top notch!) as well as lighter options for those who want to eat lightly without sacrificing taste. Excellent value. Well done, ladies, we'll definitely keep coming back!

(take out) Food was undercooked (raw beef burger). They forgot the side dish (fries). No sauce on the burger.
Literally nobody in the restaurant, so all the time to prepare properly. Price vs quality not even close.

Extremely kind and professional.
Fried pizza, authentic Neapolitan style, well-leavened and with quality tomato sauce.
Careful and welcoming atmosphere.
Thanks again for hosting us and for the fabulous melon at the end of the meal.

Super fresh, top-quality fish. The owner's kindness and the chef's passion make this restaurant a true seafood experience. Definitely worth a try. A tip: order the spaghetti with lobster and yellow and red cherry tomatoes...a true delight!
