I'd been wanting to try this place for a while, and we ordered more than we could stomach. Everything was delicious; the experience of eating in a box at the market is a great alternative to everyday life.

We visited this little restaurant and it was a wonderful discovery. The authentic and delicious Venezuelan cuisine is homemade and freshly prepared. The three ladies who run it made us feel at home and pampered. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!

I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Caribe Bistrot. The service and welcome were impeccable, everyone was very kind and available to answer any questions 🥹.
We had a table of 20 people, and all 20 of us were satisfied with the wide selection and the deliciousness of each typical product. Furthermore, it's recommended for anyone looking for gluten-free cuisine that's different from the usual sandwiches or basic pastas at affordable prices in a little place with a super chill vibe. We'll definitely be back; Caribe Bistrot is a family-friendly place, recommended for a quick lunch or dinner with family or friends. You were so kind, and the tres leches cake you gave us was a beautiful and delicious surprise that David and I will never forget ☺️🥰

Excellent food, staff, and menu!! I’m not exaggerating at all when I say this is the best food I’ve eaten all year. Not only was the service rapid, but the staff were very kind to us and very social. Must mention that this is Venezuelan food, not anything else.

There’s both covered and uncovered seating, and the tables themselves are clean and tidy.

The food…delicious. My Pabellón Criollo was immaculate. The meat was seasoned perfectly, as were the black beans and the cheese perfectly melted. We ordered a side of Tequeños that came with Wasacaca sauce, and each bite was better than the previous. They also serve a variety of Venezuelan drinks along with the classic drinks you would find in any restaurant.

Overall a stunning experience and a place I itch to go back to. The cherry on top were the very friendly staff that we chatted with before leaving. Must mention that the staff’s sibling owns a small Venezuelan convenience store very close to the restaurant where you can find various snacks, condiments, drinks and ingredients.

11/10 experience, a must try
