I seek fine dining experience on every vacation I go on, and many friends told me “definitely don’t do fine dining in Rome.. you’ll be disappointed” and I’m so glad I did not listen to them. This place was amazing. I will 100% plan to come here again whenever I return to Rome. Super delicious and unique and incredible service.
It is very bizarre to me that this is not Michelin rated. If this doesn’t receive a star then I believe there must be some unjust judgments or drama happening behind the scenes because this place is absolutely Michelin Star worthy.
The second starter was an outstanding veal sweetbread — perfectly cooked, with a wonderful texture and satisfying bite that provided a delightful contrast to the sour first starter.
The homemade ravioli had an intensely fresh, vibrant green taste and aroma, beautifully complemented by the fresh, fragrant clams.
The lamb cutlets, marinated in harissa sauce, were also perfectly executed — tender, with excellent texture and well-balanced spice.
My only minor criticism was the red snapper fillet. While the sauce paired wonderfully with the fish, I found the fillet slightly overcooked. Only the middle portion remained truly tender, juicy, and fragrant, with that lovely umami depth. This could simply be my personal preference.
Overall, everything was nicely cooked, with a wonderful sense of freshness and care in preparation.
