The location is pleasant, surrounded by greenery, with relaxing lights and music. The pizza is Roman gourmet and one of the best in Rome. The fried foods and meatballs are delicious. The beer from the adjacent brewery is excellent. The service is friendly and genuine. Excellent prices.

We went there me , my sister and mom , we made a reservation and paid €20 and when we reached there they told us we were brown and our reservation has been given to some white peoples , this restaurant is too racist and matter of fact we told them we are indians and they said indians and the black are both the same they're both dirty and they didn't even gave us a refund for the reservation

Incredible experience, the chefs pizza is something incredible that I’ve never thought was reachable for pizzas. Amazing ambience with a lot of people from every age group. Diffuses when Italy plays football and creates a very special community feeling. The piece de resistance has to be the owner as he is always attentive and very kind and deals with any problem there is.

During our recent trip to Rome, we were out late one evening with a few friends and found the Paco Bistrot. The owner and chef were so friendly and accommodating. The place is outdoors with a great casual atmosphere. The food is nothing short of amazing. The chef special pizza and the arancini were so delicious! Thank you Paco for a great time. We highly recommend!
