We ate typical Roman dishes: spectacular gricia, incredibly tender lamb, and delicious appetizers.
The paccheri with tomato and burrata were simply superb, creamy and full of flavor, one of those dishes that stays with you forever! 🍝
The house wine was also excellent, perfect for pairing everything.
You can tell there's a passion and love for Roman cuisine here.
We'll definitely be back, highly recommended.
Appetizers like eggplant meatballs, artichokes, and a maritozzo with meatballs, all truly delicious. The carbonara was among the best I've ever had, though the cacio e pepe wasn't, which was much inferior.
The cheesecake was very good.
Overall, everything was really good and well-made.
