My eggplant parmesan was crisp on the edges, smooth and creamy in the middle with a tart bite from the rich tomato sauce, topped with fresh and very melty mozzarella. A lava flow of deliciousness.
For my Primi I tried their most popular dish and it did not disappoint. Perfectly cooked tagliolini pasta with sweet chunks of fresh prawn confit. The sauce brought the two together with buttery earthy magic.
There was much more on the menu that I want to try, this was a very good meal.
Recommended, well worth a trip up to Monteverde to sample this excellent restaurant.
Make a reservation though!
The food was absolutely amazing. We tried all the pastas and deserts, unfortunately we didn’t get to try the focaccia because it was sold out but I appreciate the quality over quantity sentiment.
Do yourself a favour and give this place a visit. You will not be disappointed!
