Two young chefs, highly knowledgeable about seafood, choose their catch based on their tastes and create refined, balanced recipes. The tasting is a journey of flavors, including new combinations never tried elsewhere, born of research and passion. Highly recommended for a dinner that leaves the flavors of the sea in your mouth.

A small restaurant with limited seating, a convivial atmosphere, and meticulous customer service. We were greeted perfectly by Luana's friendliness and expertise, who quickly understood us and guided us through the selection of products and wines to taste.
From the reviews and social media, we sensed the quality, but we didn't realize to what extent. This quality was also impeccably managed by the chef, who respected all the flavors and enhanced them in ways that were new and surprising to us.
We loved it so much that we started recommending it to friends right from the first courses. Definitely a place we'll return to.

A wonderful experience. The decor is minimal, perhaps a bit too much so. Refined dishes made with excellent ingredients. The color combinations are perfect, too. The strategy of having a limited menu makes it interesting, but at the same time, it doesn't allow you to get passionate about a signature dish. The bread is warm; the blind menu includes three appetizers, a main course, a pasta dish, and a dessert. Everything is delicious, balanced, and well-cooked. The wine list is good, mostly from Lazio. The bitters are also good. Upon entering, there's a slight smell of cooked fish; perhaps the extractor fan isn't working properly. I'll definitely try other menus. Congratulations on your choice to offer this type of dining experience.

Excellent experience: Everything from the bread and the smoked pumpkin butter to the changing selection of innovative, fresh fish dishes, great selection of local wines and desert options was wonderful. Amazing, friendly service!

The young chefs have good intentions... but you have to dare... the bread is wonderful. Starters are not exciting, I haven't experienced anything I don't know. The shrimp pasta was excellent.. all the other dishes are standard.. the website had pictures of more exciting dishes
