We stumbled upon this gem while visiting Rome, and wow — what an experience! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The service was warm and welcoming, the atmosphere cozy and authentic, and the food… easily the best we’ve had on our trip so far (and we’ve had some great meals!). Every bite was full of flavor and clearly made with love.
As tourists, this was a true highlight of our time in Rome. Don’t miss it — this place is something special.
I asked for fresh chilli oil, a difficult thing to find in Rome, they weren’t able to provide it, and overall the flavours could have been deeper. The toilet door also needs more attention, as you might find yourself eating right next to it, and it’s often left open.
Overall, it’s a cool spot that, with a few adjustments both in the kitchen and on the floor, could easily become a place worth seeking out.
Since we have to eat gluten free we first went in and asked for gluten free options. The service was super nice and the food kept up to it.
Next time in rome - we are definitely gonna go again :)
