Amazing. Those who aren't from Rome might not call it pizza; for a Tuscan like me, it's more like a "schiacciata." But beyond the technical differences in the dough (which I know little about 🤣), I can say that the product is simple but truly delicious. I initially tried the special one with porchetta and potatoes, and after tasting it, I couldn't resist trying many others: chicken salad, crab, shrimp.
Very fresh, and they make their own mayonnaise!! The staff is friendly; you can even sit down and start eating a pizza while waiting for the others to come out, leaving the "bill open." It's devilish because you'd literally never stop!

If you have time, I recommend trying the freshly baked ones because they're incredibly crispy.
The price is €20/kg, and I think it's worth it.

It would be great if they added something with 'nduja to the menu, because in my opinion it would be really delicious on such a crunchy dough.

Excellent stuffed pizza. I tried the one with frittata, the one with sautéed broccoli, the one with mortadella (a Roman classic), and the one with crab meat and homemade mayonnaise. I came for the one with chicken salad, but it was still being prepared, so I'll be back.
Really good, crispy, and very digestible. Highly recommended.

Intrigued by the videos on social media, as I often do, I decided to try this pizzeria, sampling three or four different types. The white pizza itself is good and has a great crunch, although it's still a bit heavy. Unfortunately, what I really can't understand is serving the pizza with the same hands used to charge or handle the money, so even the glove is pointless at that point.

P.S. This wasn't immediately brought to the attention of the staff because the pizza was served correctly to me, then when I paid the money, they handled it with the same hands, and then everyone else was served, so I continued to pay attention to this. By then, we'd eaten.

Disappointed.
Compared to Gianni's? Mmmhhh no.
Different dough, less crunch.
Chicken salad without mayonnaise, it's dry and hard to swallow (either they make it that way or they forgot the mayonnaise).
The hummus and chicory filling is so-so (in the sense that without pizza, the combination is excellent, but with pizza, it loses a bit).
The ones with porchetta and mortadella are good.
I think the dough also contains whole wheat or semolina flour, but it's less crunchy than Gianni's (it even looks different).

What a fantastic pizza 🍕 never had anything like it… 10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟and Max is an awesome guy, highly recommend place.
