The street outside is a bit dark and empty at that hour, but the restaurant itself is bright and clean (except for the toilets).
Loved how they keep the ginger in the phở and even have fermented garlic on the table, it really reminded me of northern-style phở in Vietnam. The trà chanh was also perfect, just like back home.
Staff were really nice too.
