I'm not a sushi expert, but I liked the place. The decor is simple, with floral and arboreal accents against an elegant, yet minimalist, gray-white palette. It recently opened, and it has a lot of potential. It has an outdoor seating area, which I think will be used during the summer months. The quality seems good, having only been there once, so it's worth a closer look. Ample parking in front is often free. The prices seem in line with other restaurants in Rome. They don't offer all-you-can-eat options, but they offer quality food. I'll definitely return. They've opened an outdoor area, a large courtyard with covered, quiet tables, good lighting, and the street it overlooks is not busy.
The Spritz menu has been updated, including sushi, and new dishes... ravioli... tasty. Excellent as always.

I recently visited this restaurant and I must say it was a real pleasure!
The sushi was excellent, with sauces that paired beautifully.
The quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the dishes were impeccable.
The waitress, Giulia, welcomed us with a smile and immediately made us feel at ease. The service was professional, making the experience even more enjoyable.
We had the option of sitting outside, which made our stay even more pleasant.
The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a dinner with friends or a romantic evening.

We arrived at this take away with no idea what’s on offer. The owner was very patient with us and helped me with the order. Very nice food, fresh and tasty. Highly recommended!
