The food was absolutely amazing! fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. Everything tasted like it was prepared with real care and passion. The atmosphere is also wonderful! cozy and authentic, like visiting a small family restaurant where you instantly feel comfortable.
I truly recommend Pasta al Volo to anyone looking for delicious, homemade food and a place with a real soul.
This was the best representation of traditional Roman cuisine. Every restaurant we tried after could not compete with the overall experience we had here. We loved it so much, we had to go back on our last night.
