We had such an incredible night, and this is definitely the food you will remember!
Alessandra and her team do an amazing job to put their guests right away at ease an let them enjoy a variety of good looking and even better tasting fish and seafood dishes. The restaurant is a little off center but can be easily reached by public transport.
We chose the 7 course tasting menu that I can recommend to everyone new to the Dogma. The wine pairing topped this very pleasant evening by discovering exceptional italian wines that matched the food perfectly and were explained with dedication and a good expertise by Alessandra. The culinary experience was worth the expense and we are very much looking forward to come back to the Dogma on our next trip to Rome. Thank you for this very pleasant and personal evening.
The staff were very friendly and polite and the atmosphere was terrific for a date setting.
It will be very beneficial if effort is made towards improving the first four courses including the bread, since the rest of the dishes were very satisfactory.

I honestly have no words to describe my experience at this restaurant. The owners, a couple who have created the perfect recipe for success, have poured their passion into every detail. The owner, who is also a sommelier, was incredibly kind and guided us perfectly when it came to the wines. The restaurant is located just outside of city center, but the trip is absolutely worth it as the scenery is breathtaking. The staff is extremely polite and never makes you feel rushed. The food is simply wonderful and imaginative. The prices are extremely reasonable for the amount, the food quality and the whole experience. The wines are unique, as they work exclusively with small vineyards. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
