In addition, the gyoza we ordered was not good, as it seemed to be fried in burnt oil. We did not finish the dish, and when the waitress came to clear the table, she did not ask about it or address the issue.
Perhaps part of the problem is that the food is ordered via a tablet screen, which limits personal interaction with the waitstaff.
The price of the ramen was fair, and the place is very nicely designed.
