I’m from Hong Kong, and want to try a porchetta sandwich. I arrived at Paninoteca Slurp just as they were about to close, but the owner was incredibly kind an stillade me a fresh sandwich to take away. That small gesture meant a lot — and the sandwich was absolutely delicious! Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. One of the best food experiences of my trip. Highly recommended!
Owner opened the seating area for us as we walked up and offered his recommendations. Very nice and polite! There is a small seating area with 4 tables but right off the main walkway towards the Vatican. Porcetta sandwich and Salami sandwich were amazing! Sat and people watched while eating, and the side street was quiet compared to main walkway. Food was priced very reasonably and high quality. Cannot recommend enough if visiting the Vatican!
