We had an incredible food tour in Rome! Our guide (Fabricia) was extremely knowledgeable about the city’s history and culture, and every stop felt thoughtfully chosen. We tasted amazing Roman classics along with traditional Jewish Roman dishes that you might never find on your own. It was the perfect mix of great food, history, and local insight

We went to London, Paris, Florence and Rome during our trip, and this was my favorite experience of the trip. Fabrizia was amazing and gave such great history with amazing food. Especially appreciated the history in the Jewish Ghetto, how the Jewish families were targeted during the Nazi regime and how they are memorialized throughout the neighborhood.

We loved the food tour! Fab was fabulous! We started in a market tasting crackers with toppings, balsamic vinegar, limoncello and more. We then had charcuterie and wine. From there, great pizza and then pasta. The gelato place she took us to was real Italian gelato. Yum! Fab was able to share interesting details of Rome’s history along the way. She was very funny and is smart. She was our favorite tour guide in Italy!

Fab our tour guide was amazing!! She was very knowledgeable and really took her time to inform us of so much of the history of Italy and the food on our tour. She was simply wonderful and the food we were able to taste was delicious!! Definitely recommend a food tour whenever you have a chance!!
