Greco Romano

What a great experience! I had lunch there for the first time this past Saturday with an experienced friend. She ordered 'the usual' and it was the best of the staples: olives, tzatziki, souvlaki and a Greek white wine. I had such a great time that I forgot to take photos. For anyone who loves Greek food, it's a great showcase of how Roman tendencies have little but delicious influence on the cuisine!
The only reason I've left it at 4 is that the patio on the street is a little breezy, and the plastic barrier a little flappy/spooky, when cars whiz by.

What a great find on our last night in Rome! The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very generous. Our family shared 2 orders of moussaka (very good!), tzatziki and chicken gyros, ending the meal with a unique dessert “Anastasia”. The service was top notch and we would recommend to anyone!

Nice little restaurant with very friendly staff. We had eggplant with feta cheese, super delicious. The pork gyros is very tender and the portion is quite adequate.
