This intimate and welcoming bistro cultivates a cool and original atmosphere, with its carefully curated décor reflecting the team's shared passions for cinema, enogastronomy, architecture, and photography. The venue distinguishes itself by reinventing the traditional 'bottega' concept, transforming the journey "from counter to plate" with a focus on exceptional quality and a unique character.

I absolutely love this place. Their food is just amazing and the idea to make sushi with meat is extraordinary. Everything is extremely high quality including ingredients and wine. I am a foodie and I have travelled the world. This is my top restaurant in the world. I love it!

My wife and I LOVE sushi, and pretty much every restaurant we go to, wherever in the world and whatever the cuisine, we always compare to our favorite sushi place back home. Fassangue is unique, I've never experienced beef sushi before, and I loved it. I'd definitely recommend this place, especially if you've been in Italy for a while and are looking for a change from the pasta/pizza routine. Our waiter was a cool guy as well, real friendly and helpful. The draft beers were also good.

This won our favourite meat dish of our road trip. We had never tried raw meat before so we were excited but also wary we weren’t going to like it. The place is out of the centre but well worth the trip as it is insanely good. First of all, didn’t really know sushi could taste that good they do options with crispy onions and bacon, hands down the bests sushi I have ever tasted although I have limited experience. Everything was so delicious and highly recommend making the trip because it is worth it!

We ordered the:
Kill Bill (Mixed sushi)
Sick Boy (Meat Tartare)
Kubrick (Fillet beef)
