Excellent pinsa with really crunchy and nice dough, and tasty and fresh ingredients.
Cacio e pepe perfectly cooked.
Also a highlight, the Porchetta Sandwich, with juicy porchetta and bread that had the same texture and crunch as the Pinsa.
Fast and polite service, and really cosy atmosphere, this place really made our day. The prices are really decent, I believe it's worth it 110%.
The vibe is warm and welcoming: a small, rustic interior with hanging cured meats, wooden accents, upbeat music, and super friendly staff who make you feel at home even when it’s busy. It’s popular (often a short wait, especially evenings), but the service is fast and attentive, prices are reasonable for the location and quality.
If you’re near the Trevi and want top-notch pinsa, pasta, and genuine Roman hospitality, Pinsitaly Trevi is hard to beat. Highly recommended.
