The food was very average. The supplì were barely hot and not particularly enjoyable, although the calamari were good. The biggest disappointment was definitely the tonnarello carbonara. It was lacking of egg yolks, and the bacon could have been cooked a bit longer.
The service was also below average. The plate given to us for the antipasti was dirty and had to be replaced when I pointed it out. Getting two coffees took 15 minutes, even though the restaurant was not busy—we had clearly been forgotten.
During my stay in Rome, I had much better food almost everywhere else.
Also artichokes as an appetizer was good option.
