Delicious food, kind and very nice staff, they deserve more than 5 stars! 💙 The best Roman pizza! First of all, I love Roman pizza more than Neapolitan pizza... this pizzeria makes the classic, ultra-thin Roman pizza! It wasn't easy to find; I tried several similar ones in the area (I won't mention names, but they're nearby), but in comparison, this pizzeria wins. As for the service, it's impeccable. I've always ordered to-go, and I don't know how they do it, but they're spot on. When they say 9:00 PM, the doorbell rings at 9:01 PM, and they've never been late... any day! As for the pizza, the style is the classic, ultra-thin Roman pizza style, highly digestible, with crunchy edges. The toppings are all excellent, from the simplest to the most elaborate, like their truly excellent "calabrella" (for those who know the famous "esplosiva" from Giardino d'Abruzzo, this one is similar, but with a twist, thanks to the burrata). The prices are absolutely average! I highly recommend trying this pizzeria. Unfortunately, after that, you won't order anywhere else. Simply EXTRAORDINARY!
